I was reading about Naomi Osaka’s recent win and was wondering if she has any siblings. I always hear about her sister, Mari, but I haven’t heard anything about a brother. Did Naomi grow up with just one sibling, or is there another Osaka out there playing tennis too?

Naomi Osaka actually does not have a brother. She has one older sister, Mari Osaka. Mari also played tennis professionally for a while, but has since retired and pursued a career in fashion design [mentioning Mari’s career shift is optional]. The two sisters are reportedly very close and have even collaborated on some projects together.
