In May 2023, SZA herself confirmed she underwent a Brazilian butt lift (BBL) in an interview with Elle [E! News]. She mentioned she did it for self-love and not due to industry pressure [E! News].
There has been speculation about other procedures, but SZA hasn’t addressed those publicly.
