Michelle Kwan is not married to Jeff Gillooly. Jeff Gillooly is the ex-husband of another figure skater, Tonya Harding. They were married for three years before divorcing in 1993. Michelle Kwan was previously married to Clay Pell, but they divorced in 2017. Currently, there is no public information suggesting that Michelle Kwan is married to Jeff Gillooly.
